About us

We work throughout Sweden, from east to west and from north to south. Just see our calendar, choose services, select available dates and send your request, we are obliged to answer your query within 2 working days (means within 48 hours). Once we have taken your work, we will confirm our arrival time on the selected date and begin the work.

We always take from 30% to 50% deposit for work in advance (without materials). If you let us buy the materials for you, we take 100% of the total material cost (including delivery costs to site) in advance and 30%-50% labor cost to start your project.

All necessary (travel expenses) container, machines, tools, components and food are our responsibility. (which will be included in the labor cost).

For stays longer than 3 days, we arrange our work container with us. If there is no place to put our work container there, on the 2nd day we will arrange our accommodation in a nearby suitable hotel, costs will already be added to our work.

When you purchase materials yourself and we arrive at your chosen project location on your chosen date/time and the materials still haven't arrived, we can stay and wait there for up to 8 hours paid by you.

If the material is still delayed after 8 hours, don't worry, we won't charge you anything extra beyond the 8 hour waiting cost, and we will give you an alternative date/time schedule and we will work with the same costs as we agreed before, unless there are any changes in material cost or work. Our work price starts from as low as SEK 350/hour.

In very rare cases/unfortunate reasons if you/we terminate/cancel the new or ongoing project and if you have paid in full (100%), we will refund the remaining days and purchased materials will be left on site. If you have paid us 30%-50% of our work, we will keep the payment until the day of departure in any case and refund the remaining amount. Also any unpaid invoice will be notified to you and deducted from your balance payment. Because we respect our customers, love our work and value our commitment.

We buy products from authentic/authorizsed dealers/stores. When you buy a product from our online store, you always have the right to return the product in its original packaging within 14 days (except promotional products). You will receive a refund within 3 working days after we receive the product. In any case, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If the package / product or tool is damaged from your side, we will not accept the return and the amount will not be refunded.
